FTA CELEBRATES THE SUCCESSFUL FIRST YEAR OF THEIR FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR COURSES

2021 saw FTA run its first series of their Flight Instructor Course (FIC). 7 students undertook the course to become a UK Flight Instructor (FI), FI(A).

Andrew, a First Officer for Lauda explains how he trained to become an airline pilot.

Andrew enrolled with FTA to complete his ATPL Theory. In his job prior to pilot training, Andrew travelled a lot, working for EDF energy as a safety advisor in the nuclear industry. His father and sister are both commercial pilots so the aviation gene is definitely in the family.
